Refund Policy
At Montolife, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a return or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unworn, unused and in the same condition as you received it

In original packaging with all labels attached

Please provide your order number for identification purposes
Please note that items returned to an intermediate shipping facility are not eligible for a refund. Returns must be sent to one of our designated returns warehouses.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable and no re-import fees will be charged.

How do I start a return?
To initiate your return, please contact us at support@montolife.com . If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Cancel order
We understand that plans change. However, due to our automated order fulfillment system, orders can only be canceled within the first hour . After this period, we will no longer be able to cancel or modify your order.
Damage and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@montolife.com . We need to be notified of any issues immediately in order to provide the best solution. Late notifications may affect your right to a refund or replacement.
Exchanges
Due to the high volume of orders, we are currently not accepting exchanges. If you wish to return an item and purchase another item, please follow our returns procedure and place a new order.
Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Please note that items returned in unsellable condition are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days once the refund is approved. However, please note that banks or credit card companies may take longer to process the refund.
Important notes

Orders found to be abusing or manipulating our returns and exchanges policy will not be eligible for a refund.
