  • Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as weather or carrier delays may affect delivery.

Order processing time

  • Processing Time:  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).  

  • Last order time:  17:00 (CET)

Delivery time

  • Delivery time: 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday). For Express shipping, delivery time is 2-3 business days.  

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays and customs.

Postage costs

  • Free Shipping:  We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of the purchase amount.  

Delivery Method

  • We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL  , DHL, UPS, USPS and FedEx for delivery. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days .     

Track your order

  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this tracking number to check the status and progress of your shipment.

Delivery address

  • Please double check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
